Our Panels

Our Panel-Built Flat Pack Homes

At PIP Build, we specialize in panel flat-pack homes. Our flat-pack pre-fabricated homes are manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory in Queensland, transported by truck to the building site and assembled on-site ready for fit-out and handover. This innovative building method allows us to build homes quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality or aesthetics.

The flat pack panel building system is one of the most advanced building systems & technology available. The homes are constructed using structural insulated wall panels made with a fire-resistant expandable polystyrene core, which is framed with a high-strength BlueScope Steel frame and clad with high impact Bamboo Fibre Cement cladding. Our homes built using this system and technology are engineered for construction in even the highest cyclonic regions; Cyclone Category 4.

The Panelok Building System is also very versatile allowing you the flexibility to design the home that best suits your family and lifestyle. This system also allows us to create homes with a wide range of floor plans, making it easy to create a home tailored to the customer’s needs.

Our actual and ongoing Positive Income Properties SDA designs are being built under PIP Build Flat Pack Panel Home. To learn more about our Positive Income Properties Specialist Disability Accommodation visit HERE>

Why build using panels

Benefits of PIP Build Flat Pack Panel Homes

PIP Build Flat Pack Panel Homes offer a number of benefits over traditional building methods. The most obvious benefit is the time and cost savings. Panel homes require less material and labour to construct, meaning that they are significantly more affordable than traditional homes.

Panel homes are also faster to construct. The entire process, from delivery to lockup on the completed slab or frame, can take as little as two weeks. This means that our customers can move into their new homes much sooner than with traditional building methods.

In addition to the cost savings and speed of construction, PIP Build Flat Pack Panel homes are also more energy efficient. The panel system creates an airtight seal that keeps the home insulated and reduces energy costs.

Build Process

Our Flat Pack Home Building Process

At PIP Build, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. Our team of experienced professionals takes the extra time to ensure that each of our builds components and designs are first class and allow the building to be completed to the highest standards of quality.

We are able to convert most building designs into the Panelok design systems.

Once the design is finalised, our team will start the panel count needed for the construction process. The panels will be manufactured in the state of art Australian factory and then delivered to the customer’s site.

Our team of experienced professionals for the local builder can then assemble the panels on-site to create the home.

The next step is the finishing process. Our team of experienced professionals will complete the home with a variety of finishing touches, including painting, tiling, and flooring.

Once the finishing touches are complete, the home is ready for occupancy.
